Question 1

What features does Caly include?

Accepted Answer

Caly includes professional booking pages, team scheduling with round-robin and collective availability, two-way calendar sync with Google and Outlook, automated reminders and follow-ups, and a REST API with webhooks.

Question 2

Can Caly sync with Google Calendar and Outlook?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Caly does two-way sync with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook/Office 365, and Apple Calendar. Caly reads your real-time availability and writes confirmed bookings as calendar events — no double-bookings possible.

Question 3

Does Caly support team scheduling and round-robin?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Team scheduling lets you create shared booking links that route to the right team member automatically — round-robin for even distribution, or collective for group meetings where all attendees must be free at the same time.

Question 4

Can I automate reminders and follow-ups with Caly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Caly's Workflows feature lets you send automated email and SMS reminders before meetings, follow-ups after, and no-show nudges — all configurable per event type without any manual work.

Question 5

Does Caly have an API for developers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Caly provides a REST API, webhooks, and OAuth so you can integrate scheduling into your own product, CRM, or ATS. Bookings, cancellations, and reschedules can all trigger webhooks to your system in real time.
