Yes. Outbound webhooks live under Settings → Developer → Webhooks: pick the events, give us a URL, and we POST the booking payload to it.
Caly reads your calendars to find free time and writes bookings back; it does not read event contents beyond what is needed for that. Analytics stay off until you opt in. The details are in the privacy policy and the DPA.
