Meeting planner across time zones
Add the cities in your meeting and find the hours that land inside everyone's working day. Highlighted rows work for all; amber cells are early or late.

How to use it
- Pick the date of the meeting; daylight saving time is applied for that date.
- Add up to six cities or time zones. The first one sets the rows.
- Choose a highlighted row, or an amber one if no hour works for everyone.
For two places, the time zone converter and its pair pages (like EST to IST) list the full conversion table and daylight saving dates.
Questions
How does the meeting planner pick the best time?
Each row is one hour of the first city's day, shown in every city you added. Rows where every city is inside a weekday 9 AM–5 PM are highlighted; amber cells are 7–9 AM or 5–9 PM, workable at a stretch.
Does it account for daylight saving time?
Yes. The grid is computed for the date you pick from the IANA time zone database, so a meeting in March between New York and London reflects the weeks when only one of them has changed its clocks.
Why does a cell say +1d or −1d?
That city is already on the next calendar day (or still on the previous one) at that moment, which matters for weekends: Friday afternoon in California is Saturday morning in Sydney.
Can guests pick a time themselves instead?
Yes. Share a Caly booking link: guests see your free times converted to their own time zone and book directly, so nobody has to do the arithmetic.
