When the free plan is enough
- You offer one kind of meeting (say, a 30-minute call) from one calendar.
- You do not need reminder emails, payments or a second event length.
The moment you need a second event type, a second calendar, or automated reminders, Calendly's pricing page puts you on a paid plan. Calendly pricing lists what each plan costs.
